還在放假的心情裡面。今天繼續追完 The Hobbit 第三集。

白天出了貨，做了簡單的打掃、採買。也算開工，soft opening。

有稿子要寫，演講稿要準備。接下來有課程要備料，皂存貨量有點低，需要採購植物油，進入製皂模式。週五，還有兩天假，已經開始盤算開工要做的事情，真的是個工作狂。

白天做好poolish，明天打算烤披薩，清冰箱料理。

工作室裡面有除夕夜鄰居送的香水百合，經過四五天，陸續綻放，花比臉大，香氣馥盈，跟學生送我的小盤惠安沉香氣味很搭。

繼續複習 LOTR The Fellowship of the Ring.

為什麼寫日記

因為對於自己藏字的行為很不滿意，喉輪常卡關。

於是今年決定要好好的，寫字。從每天寫一點東西開始，當作日記。不修飾，腦袋裡跑出什麼，就寫下來。不一定跟芳療、藥草、植物、精油相關，但一定跟阿娥這人的生活心得有關。
